Iris Campion CAS, CYT, is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist and Certified Yoga Teacher. She completed her clinical Ayurvedic studies in 2004 at the California College of Ayurveda in Grass Valley, CA. She has also completed intensives in Ayurvedic Herbalism, Marma Therapy, Pancha Karma, Pulse Assessment and Jyotish Astrology with Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, NM. In between studying at these two schools, she had an Ayurveda and Yoga practice in Los Angeles for two years. Iris was introduced to Ayurveda through her Yoga teacher training in 2001. She has been practicing Ayurveda and Yoga in the Bay Area for the past two years. She has over seven years experience teaching Yoga and over four years experience in Ayurvedic Practice.
