Courses: Yoga 2 and 3
Yoga 2 and 3 Course Fee: $96 members, $112 non-members

The Yoga 2 course is for graduates of Yoga 1. This course will help you to become more established in the basic Sivananda routine, particularly developing the quick-exhalation breathing technique (kapalabhati) and the headstand posture.
Several variations of the basic 12 Yoga postures are introduced. The theory includes subtle energetic effects of Yoga, chakras, kriyas and postural alignment.
Yoga 2 is taught in 8 sessions, and starts when a Yoga 1 finishes. Please call to register.

Yoga 3 is a continuation of Yoga 2 and allows one to further advance one’s practice with more variations and coaching. Yoga 3 begins when a Yoga 2 finishes.
