This course gives numerous practical tools for empowering you and improving everyday life.

• Obstacles in meditation practice
• How to establish a personal meditation practice
• How to develop concentration and will power
• Mantras - tools for meditation

(Please note that there will be no class on August 14)

Courses begin at 7pm
Five sessions: 1 3/4hr each, once/week
Course Fee: $60 members, $70 non members

Pre-registration is required.

Note:
After completing this basic course you can participate in PT+M Part 2 and Part 3. These more advanced courses are open to students who are serious in their meditation practice. For more information about these courses please contact the Center and speak with Swami Padmapadananda.
