Find Lasting Peace Through Yoga

Classical yoga provides spiritual inspiration and answers life’s deepest questions. Through classes, courses, workshops, cultural programs and outreach, we offer a variety of holistic practices for all ages, not limited by physical ability. These include physical postures, breathing techniques, proper diet, conscious relaxation, chanting  and meditation.

• Ancient wisdom passed directly through a lineage

• Fearless inquiry into the nature of the mind and emotions

• Support for all aspects of a balanced lifestyle and healthy relationships

WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT

We welcome financial or in-kind donations toward our renovation costs or general upkeep of this unique, vital Center. We rely on and remain grateful for your generosity of heart!

If there are any angels out there, here are some things we could use: Kitchen Defender® water filter, digital camera for documentation and promotional purposes ($550), large poster of Swami Vishnu for exterior ($450 + installation), outdoor poster frame ($100), indoor poster frames ($60 for 10), tambourines, and a simple, small drum or two.

The Universe has already bountifully provided the tankless water heater, the 3D lettering for exterior signage, the color printer, the projector, two 8ft collapsible tables, and the sewing machine we had wished for!

May the grace of the gurus continue to bless this endeavor. Om shanti.
