 Kara Lukowski, CAS, PKS, CMS: Kara is a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist, a Pancha Karma Specialist, a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Certified Yoga Instructor. Kara brings a grounded competency that is enhanced by the welcoming and safe atmosphere she creates with her students and patients.

Part One: Basic Introduction to Ayurveda

Ayurveda is one of the oldest systems of natural healing. You will learn the history and world view of Ayurveda, and the mahabhutas (5 elements). Beginners or those who already have some knowledge on the subject will both be benefitted.
